Sweet dishes are loved by all of us, we cant resist ourselves when sweet is in front of us, but sweets are a major cause of weight gain and sometimes we can’t stop us , we eat and eat and eat and we forget that we have to loose that weight we are gaining as well,

Eating sweets is very easy and joyful but loosing the fat you had because of it is a difficult task and almost impossible for all of those working people, in this festive and wedding season we all had and are having sweets, but are unable to loose it , even if we have time we procastinate a lot which makes us sacrifice our love of having sweets.

Yes you heard it right well you can just make a amla ka muraba, muraba is a sweet mixed with carrots , it is basically caramelized amla and caramelized carrot in it, you can store it till 3-4 weeks in your kitchen as well, it is very easily available at any nearest store.

Neem ladoo-

Neem is highly nutritious, Neem is very bitter but the benefits of neem makes it all Worthfull. But eating neem is very difficult in any form but a sweet form of neem can be eaten easily, try this healthy dessert when you feel like eating sweet but dont wana break your diet it is the best and healthiest option.

Bitter guard ladoo-

Bitter guard is usually disliked by all us as it is very bitter and sour, we make faces while eating it, but the ladoo’s of bitter guard are not like this, they are instead very tasty and healthy, one must try it for a Heathier option.

Jaggrey sweet ladoo-

Jaggrey keeps us warm from inside, Jaggrey Sweet ladoo’s are very famous for winters, you can even make shira or halwa out of it, you just need some jaggery about half a small bowl and add some Gramflour in it, roast the gram flour first then add jaggery when Gramflour cools down. Make small balls of it and it is ready to eat.

Bottle guard halwa is a very famous sweet, Firstly rinse, peel and grate bottle guard, Before grating taste the bottle guard. If it tastes sour or bitter then discard and do not cook it. You will need 2 cups tightly packed grated bottle guard, then roast it , after roasting for 15 minutes, add full fat milk in it, then add 1 cup jaggery in it, then add dry fruits and cook for a while and eat it hot.
