Sambar

• Boil washed tuvar dal in a pressure cooker with turmeric powder, a little oil, and salt.

• In a food processor, combine the grated coconut, ured dal, green chilli, roasted chana, coriander leaves, ginger, red chilli, and curry leaves.

• Combine the rice and gramme batter. Allow it to ferment for 10 hours after adding salt.
