Mental health is very important for living , people often compromise for thier mental health, and don’t look out what they want and just keep themselves engage in work and doesn’t want take care of thier health, we often just take tablets and assume that will be okay but its not okay to release that why are you feeling this? and work on the problem , in today s article we are going to talk about how one can take care of thier mental health at home.

find someone who gives you love and care, whether it is your family, your friend , your mother, your best friend, your husband , or anyone but find love, world is filled with love and find love , find someone who gives you compassion, love is needed by everyone, you must have someone who you can rally on and talk anything ,at anytime.
self care-
loving your self is the key, if you cant love yourself , how can you expect people to love you? and leave people , you should ask your self questions like why don’t you love yourself , you’re the best in the world, increase your confidence by every time saying that you can do it! ask yourself that why do i doubt my self? is it because someone said that you can do?. you got to live your life, your style.
rest-
rest is very important , exhausting your self isn’t what you should do, you will get the solution when you want, but everything takes time, god gives problem to it s fighter only believe in it and take rest don’t think about anything, take breaks go on vacations, don’t take stress of anything just don’t think anything.
support-
talk to somebody , tell how do you feel, if people around you doesn’t understand you then meet a therapist or even you cant afford a therapist , take your friends advice, take your partners advice, do what your heart says, and never take stress , the only wrong thing you can do is take stress , as by taking stress you are only going to make things worse.so never take stress and do what your heart says, the heart never lies. but you can only hear your heart when mind stops talking.
healthy safe space-
you should be living in a great space, where you should feel happy, if you doubt feel happy somewhere leave that place immediately, find solutions to leave that lace and live where you belong do what you like, live separetely, educate your self be financially independent and live on your own terms.
