Many of us have anxiety and stress while giving interviews, we keep thinking about the answers we have memorized, and often tend to forget while the interview because of the nervousness, it is very common for all of us, in today’s article I’m going to help all of you that, that how you can deal with pre-interview anxiety and stress.

you only get anxiety when you feel that you have to do it, all by yourself so firstly prepare in advance so that you don’t get anxious. believe in yourself that you’ll do it.
Stop overthinking-
Stop overthinking about the things which haven’t happened yet, just relax and give your best, the only person who helps you is ‘YOU’. the fear of failing only increases fear and solves the problem always remember that fearing about failing in the interview will cause you stress and will lead to failing, always remember in life as well, whatever happens, you must not think about it and just give your best, you know that you gave your 100 percent other than yourself you shouldn’t think about any other person.
Stay focused & Confident-
stay focused and confident, you can win the world with your focus and confidence just give answers with your mind, they provide you training to teach you the work they don’t expect you to be a pro, they’re only checking your attitude and basic knowledge towards the work so you need to show your confidence and calmer yourself.
listen to music-
music works like magic whenever you’re under stress try to listen to music, I prefer you to listen to Punjabi songs and dance with them as well, dance off all your tension and just enjoy and always remember if you win then party if you don’t then also party, haha because you must celebrate you, your effort, your dedication.
