This is a problem we all deal with and that is obesity, obesity can happen to anyone, it can be because of festive season, work load, sitting in a place for long time, sitting work, or any other health issue. there in no issue in being obese but there will be an issue if you don’t loose that weight.
Some of us are very busy in our work and dont find time for exercising or going to gym or yoga, so there is no solution for this you have to multitask, no one is going to do this for you , you have to loose weight for yourself and your own.But sometimes even we want to loose weight we think we can’t loose weight because its winter and you dont sweat in winters so we think we can’t burn enough calories in winters so what is the use of joining a gym or even starting loosing weight.
Well I must tell you that its a myth that you can’t loose some extra kgs in winters, sweating doesn’t mean you’re loosing weight, sweating is just a function of our body which releases heat from our body in the form of water,
you just need to follow
• A good and balanced diet,
• focus on calorie deficit, and;
• proper exercise atleast 4 times a week you should exercise, and drink loads of water atleast 3 litres a day .
Sweating doesn’t equal to loosing weight. But it’s more easy to loose weight in winters because you will feel less humid in your clothes as in summers you fell more itchy and sweaty and in winters your sweat will not come that easily, if loosing would have been equal to loosing weight than people would have invested in so called sliming belts rather than gym subscription.
You can’t loose weight from a particular part, when you workout your body decide which part will loose fat first, it’s upto your body and everyone’s body is different no exercise can ensure that it will loose a particular part of your body,
