Moisturizing-
Daily Moisturizing your skin is very important, and it becomes more important in winters as our skin becomes dry because of the weather, using a good moisturizer is very important as it will repair and rejuvenate the cells and helps to heal the dryness and the most important of our body is our ankles where we must apply a moisturizer, which becomes usually the driest in our whole body.
Using Gram Flour & Turmeric face pack-
it is a very old saying that the thing you can’t eat, you shouldn’t apply it to your body. nothing is better than turmeric and gram flour mix to apply on the face for itchy and rashy skin which happens in winters, so to make this pack you have to mix 1tsp. of gram flour with 1 pinch of turmeric and then just apply it over 15 minutes and then wash it off and then massage 1 drop of coconut oil all over your face and remember to use this remedy every 2nd day to see a noticeable difference.
Using coconut oil at least twice a day-
basically, coconut oil has moisturizing quality, and if you do not want to waste money on moisturizer coconut oil is a great option for you, you must apply coconut oil twice a day, one time in the morning after bathing or before going to work, and one at night, before bathing if you’re bathing at night.
12 Glasses of water-
In winters our body becomes dehydrated and dry which results in rashes and dry skin, to prevent all the dryness and itchiness that happened due to winters, you must drink 12 glasses of water at least each day.
