Many of us might not be aware of such a day celebrated all across the globe, but this pandemic caused by the outbreak of Covid-19 has taught us the importance of family, friends, and most importantly being alive. While there are a number of people losing their lives due to Coronavirus, there is a huge population who is following all the rules and guidelines to keep themselves and their families unaffected from this disease. We have never thought of being locked in our homes and practicing Home Quarantine and Social Distancing norms, but considering the positive aspects of this global pandemic, we are seeing that people have started giving importance and time to their family relationships which were otherwise missing due to hectic schedules.
So, it’s time that we should know that there is a day reserved for the families celebrated internationally on the 15th of May every year known as the “International Day of Families”. It’s a great opportunity for all of us to tell our families that they mean the world to us and we can never repay all the happiness and support they have been constantly giving to us, no matter how the circumstances have been. Our families have always been an ultimate source of strength and stood by our side like strong pillars. Tomorrow is a day to cherish all those beautiful relations that we have made with each other along the time by making them feel special and wanted.
Cook their favorite food, write them a self handwritten note, surprise them with a self-made and baked cake, plan a house party, and enjoy while making memories that are adorable and will be long-lasting.
