Exercise Routine for people working from home

During this pandemic, we are all working from home; which at times can be really difficult. We sit at the same place, eat at the same place, everything is done at the same place. And at times we don’t even move from the place we are sitting from morning. It leads to back pain, sour muscles, neck pain and so on. It becomes must to follow a simple exercise regime to stay fit and active.
Here are a few exercise things that you can try out at home while working from home, it will help you stay fit.


MAKE A ROUTINE AND STICK TO IT
Firstly make your routine and stick to it. Either take a print out or note it down and stick to a place where you can see when you wake up. It will motivate you to work according to that routine.

TAKE A 5 MINUTE BREAK AFTER AN HOUR
Your body will become stiff if you will stick to a place. So to avoid that, take 5mins. break after each hour. In those 5mins you can move a little or just walk around.

TIMED WALKS
Set a particular time for a walk and do go for a walk at that time.
STAIR WORK-OUT
If you have stair at home or in society then do up and down on the stairs. Your heart rate will go up and it also helps in stress release.

YOGA STRETCH
You can practice yoga online also. Just download a yoga app and start doing yoga. It helps in keeping you active throughout the day.

MINDFULNESS
It can be practised at any time. Just close your eyes and play soothing music and think about nothing. Or not play music as you like. It will calm you down and it feels great, trust me.
