When the entire nation is facing the outbreak of CORONAVIRUS in India, this is the time to come together and contribute our efforts to fight against this pandemic by actually doing nothing at all. Just staying home and being the hero for the country, for our families and for our loved ones.
When the honorable Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi has announced a lockdown in the entire country for 21 days till 14th April 2020, we being the responsible citizens of India have to ensure that we follow the instructions given by the government and the WHO(World Health Organization) to keep us all safe.
Our patience is at test during this lockdown period and we have to make the most optimal use of this time. There must be certain dreams, habits that were left behind due to lack of time and people around you, it’s the best time to relive your dreams. It could include playing some old favorite indoor games with your family, talking and relax about what exactly you are doing in life and why. You can introspect yourself, draw some sketches, make videos, learn dancing, start singing, cook, exercise, meditate, do yoga, laugh out loud, watch your favorite movies and series and whatnot.
You can develop a healthy habit within this time span of 21 days and see an amazing transformation within you. You can grow as a human being, develop more intellect, appreciate all the goodness and good people in your life and just enjoy the moment.
You will also learn how to be happy in less comfort, resources, and leisure. Get closer to yourself and bring out the best version of yourself.
Keep in mind all the instructions regarding frequent sanitizing, washing hands, avoiding going out unnecessarily, avoid panic buying and stay safe!
