Brown sugar boiled in water for 5 mins-

Boil brown sugar in boiling water for 5 mins , it is a very natural hacks and it will give immediate effect in pain. If you do not have brown sugar you can just have normal hot water, any thing hot will give you relief. And remember to rest, do not hustle yourself or pain can go worse.

Sit down on a hot water bag-

Purchase a hot water bag few days before your period date if don’t have any, do not buy electric ones buy traditional one as the electric bag can become cold quickly and will not give that Immediate relief as such, so use a traditional one, and then after pouring hot water In the bottle, spread a warm and thick cloth on it and then sit on it softly so that it doesn’t burst, and then sit for a while till you fill relief. make sure your skin doesn’t burn. Dont put it on your stomach, instead sit on the bag it will give more relief by sitting on it.

Add Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi) and clarified butter in milk tea and drink hot-

Make a hot milk and boil Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi) and clarified butter in it and then gave a boil to it and drink hot, it will definitely give you a big relief from legs cramp which happens due to periods cramps.

Drink turmeric milk for strength-

Our body needs more strength in these days as we are draining and we need more energy and to normalise our hormone balance we should drink hot turmeric milk for body and bones strength.
