With the enormity of the COVID-19 outbreak, people in India have to follow the lockdown rules as requested by the honorable Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi. We have to understand that the only thing we can do at this time of crisis is to stay home and stay safe and make others safe as well. We can pray for all the brave people out there who are working day and night like the doctors, the paramedical staff, the policemen and other home essentials providers.

However, we have to make sure that we are taking proper care of our health by eating healthy food, doing exercise and meditation and practicing good habits all day long.  Taking care of the skin is equally essential at these times to make it look flawless and prevent it from the adverse effects of stress and pandemic crisis all around. When we are advised to wash our hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or using sanitizer can be harmful to the skin on the other hand, But we can take proper care following some easy tips.

  • Apply homemade face masks including turmeric, gram flour, curd, milk, tomatoes, orange, lemon, etc.  It will help make your skin look and feel fresh and clear without any side effects.
