Pulses are very nutritious as well as high in protein and fiber. It is very important for physical as mental growth of a person. Especially infants should have pulses in their diet to grow their mind. Pulses are high in fibre and low in calories.

It helps in height growth as well. It is a very healthy choice, it is even better than green vegetables , it is highly rich in vitamin and minerals. May be it doesn’t taste good to some people, but if you make it with proper recipe it is something that you won’t leave for anything in the world. It tastes very good with coriander and little bit chilli in it.if you don’t like having pulses with roti you can still have it as sprouts. Sprouts is a green pulse, when soaked overnight it sprouts comes out and then you can just stir fry it in a pan you can even add some boiled chickpeas and add some chopped tomatos and onions in it, this recipe is much more healtheir than any recipe in the world. When we add pulses in our diet our food becomes very easily Digestable and will be fit and there would be no acidity by having it.

In today’s era kids don’t wanna eat pulses all they want is junk food all the time. You can make a patty of pulses by adding potato in it and some suji for binding and fry it with minimal oil. It is a better option of having junk food. Oily but home cooked food can be digested if kids play all day but junk food can’t be digested even if run 10 kms. As it has many preservatives and chemicals that can still harm your body and make you sick in long run. You can make pulses prantha, by mixing pulses in wheat dough ,

it is a very healthy option as well. Just like this you can make many dishes with pulses which are healthier than any junk food and it will make your kid grow mentally and physically, but junk food can’t make them grow, it will make them fat and lazzy, if you want you child to be all rounder and be happy it is your responsibility to make it so.
